WHO WE ARE

We use Hickory wood exclusively to slow cool-smoke dry peppers and grind them for use  everyday in many ways:
  • Marconi (mild)
  • Joe Parker (medium)
  • Poblano (medium)
  • Jalapeno (hot)
  • Cayenne (hot)
  • Blended Heat #9 (hot)
No Salt, Preservatives or  Additives.
Ruthie Mountain Smoked Pepper uses vine ripened peppers and puts them through an exclusive hickory smoke dehydrating process taking a minimum of 100 hours of continual smoking.  Once the peppers are smoke-dried and bottled, the finished one-ingredient product is "Pure Ground Hickory Smoke-Dehydrated Pepper".  Our pepper tastes great on wings, steaks, pork and fish and adds flavor to veggies, soups and stews and everything grilled.  Sprinkle on hot popcorn, fresh pineapple or in ranch dip for a tasty snack!
